Rob & Susie got married on a Friday night at Calvary SLO, here in San Luis Obispo, Ca. I have known Susie for 6 years, and remember talking a long time ago about her desires to get married. She was so excited, and couldn’t wait to meet Mr. Right! I was thrilled (THRILLED) when I heard she was engaged, and then I was even more thrilled when they asked me to photograph the wedding. This is a long post. There were so many great details that I didn’t want to leave anything out. Enjoy!

Melia & Ivan…holy cow! Where do I begin to tell you about this couple? Have you ever met two people who are rediculously in love? Well, double that and you have Melia & Ivan. This was one of the most tearjerking, and romantic wedding that we have ever shot. From the way Ivan looks at Melia, to the way their family truly loves one another, and the personal vows that they shared..Jesse and I will never forget this wedding.

April Peet is by far one of my favorite people in the local wedding industry. Not only is she the sweetest, but she is frikin’ talented!!
Jesse and I recently got to follow April and Addison (who is equally awesome) around at a wedding, as they created a beautiful setting for the days bride and groom. I was floored by how much work they do, and how great at it they are. There was no detail missed, and they made absolutely sure that EVERYTHING was perfect!
Find out more about April on her website HERE.
It was so nice to finally meet Cayla and Hans. They are a really sweet couple, who met at Cal Poly while studying about the wine industry. If you look closely, you can see that Hans’ fingers are dyed purple from making his own wine at home. Hans’ parents estate in the hills of Arroyo Grande was the perfect backdrop for their engagement session, especially since Hans grows his grapes there.
Cayla and Hans are getting married this coming June at the beautiful Spanish Oaks Ranch in Santa Margarita, Ca.
Also, how beautiful is Cayla’s dress?
A few months ago we had the honor to work with some of the best local wedding vendors on an amazing inspiration shoot. We are soooo thrilled to finally share these with you all!
A HUGE thank you to, Danae Grace Events, The Casitas Estate, Him & Her Wedding Films, Jessi Skipton Campbell, Paper Sky, Elladolce, Goodbeats Productions, Eclair Bakery, All About Events, and our models Erin and Luke Fosmire. Of course, this photo shoot would not have been possible without Stephanie James Couture, La Tavola, BHLDN, and Anthropologie.
