Jewelz and Andrew are getting married this October at the stunning Casitas Estate! I love this venue, and the couple. We had so much fun getting to know each other this day, while photographing at some places that mean a lot to them both. Thank you Laetitia Vineyards & Winery for letting us use your amazing property for the first part of their engagement photos. The second half is Andrew’s family’s property…I think there will be more picnics for J&A in their future!
Novo in downtown San Luis Obispo was the perfect backdrop for Alfred to propose to Ashley. They had their first date there! After he proposed, and she happily said yes, we continued to take engagement photos around Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa, and made a special pit stop in front of SLO Brew where they first met.
I love photographing proposals. Sometimes I feel just as nervous as the one proposing! What a rush. Thank you Alfred, for having me there to capture this special time for you and Ashley. Also, a huge thank you to Novo for being so incredible during the planning process leading up to, and the day of.
Jane and Craig’s engagement portrait session began at the most adorable coffee shop downtown, Linnaea’s. We had some time to kill before sunset, so we headed to Creekside Brewery to enjoy some beer, and their dark underground bar. The afternoon ended at Terrace Hill where we found amazing green grass with some killer sun rays. I can’t wait for Jane & Craig’s wedding/party in July, we are going to have so much fun together.
Ryin & Scott,
You are awesome! Thank you for having Jesse and I there to capture your wedding day.
Shannon & Jesse Moore
The Awesome vendors who made this wedding happen:
Lauren & Justin got married on one of the most gorgeous days in September, at the equally gorgeous Tiber Canyon Ranch in San Luis Obispo, Ca. Jesse and I had been looking forward to this wedding for so long, and just absolutely adore Lauren and Justin. The setting of oak, manzanita, eucalyptus, and olive trees was so perfect for them. With the amazing help from friends, family, and local wedding professionals…their wedding day was a blast!
How fun is this?! Engagement photos at Disneyland; I was in love with this idea. Philip proposed to Melissa in “Mexico” on It’s A Small World. Since it was such a hot and humid day, we hit up that ride for sure. The cast of Disneyland is fantastic and offered us our own boat. The net stop, of course, was to get a Dole Whip (my first time)!!! I must also mention Melissa’s amazing dress. She made it herself, and plans on also making her wedding dress. I can’t wait to see it, she is an awesome seemstress. You can check out her sewing blog to see more about the dress she wore for her engagement photos HERE.
Last night was so much fun. The weather was perfect, and the sunlight…stunning. We could not have asked for a better evening. However, it would not have been the same if not for Molly & Dan. Their natural chemistry, and willingness to turn their engagement session into an adventure, made my job suuuuper easy.
